This Consumer Health Data Notice is provided in compliance with the Washington My Health MY Data Act (MHMD), the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law, and similar state laws that provide enhanced protections for consumer health data. This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of Washington, Nevada, and other states with similar health data laws.
Xpedioair does not collect, use, or sell health data for advertising or profiling purposes. Health-related information is collected only when you voluntarily provide it to facilitate a specific travel accommodation.
📥 Health Data We May Collect
Xpedioair may collect the following categories of consumer health data, but only when you voluntarily provide this information as part of your service request:
- Mobility and accessibility needs: If you request wheelchair assistance, use of a mobility device, or similar accommodations to be communicated to the airline
- Medical-related compassion exception information: If you are requesting a flight change due to a medical emergency and choose to provide documentation under our Compassion Exception Policy
- Dietary/medical meal requirements: If your change request involves updating special meal requests tied to a medical condition (e.g., diabetic meal, allergy-free meal)
We do not collect health data through wearables, apps, or indirect means. All health data we hold comes directly from you.
⚙️ How We Use Health Data
Any health data you provide is used exclusively to:
- Process the specific accommodation or compassion exception you requested
- Communicate your needs to the relevant airline on your behalf
- Verify eligibility for a compassion exception fee waiver
We do not:
- Use health data for advertising, marketing, or behavioral profiling
- Sell health data to any third party
- Share health data with insurance companies, employers, or data brokers
- Use health data to make decisions about your eligibility for non-health-related services
🤝 Sharing of Health Data
Health data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Airlines: Only the specific accommodation detail you ask us to communicate (e.g., "wheelchair required at gate"). We never share diagnostic information or medical records.
- Legal requirements: If required by a valid court order, subpoena, or applicable law
- With your explicit consent: In any other situation, only with your specific, informed consent
We do not share medical documentation (physician letters, etc.) with airlines. Such documents are used only for internal verification of compassion exception eligibility and then deleted.
✅ Your Rights Regarding Health Data
Under Washington's My Health MY Data Act and similar state laws, you have the following rights:
- Right to access: Know what health data we hold about you
- Right to confirm: Confirm whether we are processing your health data
- Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent to processing of health data at any time
- Right to deletion: Request deletion of your health data. We will delete within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
- Right to appeal: Appeal our decision if we deny a health data request
- Right to no retaliation: We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights

🗄️ Retention & Deletion
Health data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was provided:
- Accommodation requests: Deleted within 90 days of your flight date
- Compassion exception documentation: Deleted within 30 days of case resolution
- Legal hold: Retained only if required by active litigation or legal process
