Xpedioair charges a transparent, flat service fee for specialist assistance. This page provides a complete breakdown of our fees by service type. There are no hidden charges, no setup fees, and no subscription costs. You pay only for the specific change request you submit.
Our service fee is $39.99 per request, regardless of airline or destination. This fee is refundable if the airline cannot fulfill your change. Airline fees (where applicable) are separate and displayed before payment.

✅ What's Included in the $39.99 Fee
When you pay Xpedioair's service fee, you receive:
- A dedicated U.S.-based specialist assigned to your case within 30 minutes on average
- Direct communication with the airline's change desk — we handle hold times for you
- Negotiation of applicable fee waivers (DOT 24-hour rule, medical, bereavement, etc.)
- Written confirmation of the change or a detailed explanation if the airline declines
- Follow-up support if additional documentation is required
- Email and phone updates throughout the process
🚫 When We Don't Charge
We do not charge our service fee in the following situations:
- Before payment is made: Submitting a request is free. You only pay when you click "Pay" on the payment page.
- Qualifying compassion cases: Xpedioair waives its service fee for verified bereavement, military deployment, or documented medical emergencies. See our Compassion Exception Policy.
- Failed changes: If the airline cannot fulfill your request, Xpedioair refunds its $39.99 fee in full. See our Refund Policy.
🔁 Multiple Requests & Repeat Customers
Each separate change request is charged a separate service fee. If your initial request requires follow-up (e.g., the airline requests a document and we re-submit), we do not charge an additional fee — it is covered by your original payment.
We currently do not offer a subscription or bundled plan, but frequent travelers can call us at 1-800-555-0199 for volume pricing on group or corporate accounts.
